Notice to Boxers

NOTICE TO BOXERS

Prior to engaging in a sanctioned bout, all EBC European ranked boxers must sign a Certification acknowledging that he or she is familiar with the European Boxing Council (EBC) Rules Governing EBC European Championship Contests which are available on the EBC website at www.europeanboxingcouncil.com

The Acknowledgement is also available on the website and from the supervisors of each EBC European Championship Contest or Elimination Bout.

The Acknowledgement must be signed by the boxer, NOT by the manager, promoter or trainer.

The boxer will also be required to provide an email address and a regular mail address so that the European Boxing Council can advise him or her of any issues or rules that may substantially affect his or her status as a European rated boxer.

The EBC is not obligated to translate the forms into the boxer’s native language, nor is it obligated to conduct a search for any boxer. If the boxer’s email and/or regular mail address changes, it is the boxer’s obligation to sign a new Acknowledgement and provide it to the European Boxing Council (EBC) either by email or by regular mail.
